Don't do the ginger and/or garlic for your first one...that might turn ya off. I drink one almost every morning~ mine consists of a banana, a cup of strawberries, a cup of some other fruit (blueberries, mango, apple), a ginormous handful of spinach, a couple ice cubes, and a splash of coconut or almond milk. Blend, slurp, eat a hard-boiled egg or two for protein's sake. Yummers.<br />Today is a new day! Today, you'll kill it. More protein, lots of water.
